Machined Aluminum
The case is cut from aluminum alloy with CNC machining, which is what lets the tolerance stay tight around the fob instead of leaving a loose shell. Aluminum is light, so the case adds shape and protection without turning the key into a brick in your pocket.
The surface goes through an oxidation and spray process. That is what gives the case its wear and corrosion resistance and its finish, rather than a painted look that wears through on the corners.
Titanium Black, Geometric Back
The finish is titanium black, picked to sit next to the dark trim on a Bronco or a Raptor. The back carries a geometric pattern with harder lines than the front, which gives the case a mechanical read.
A carbon fiber element is worked into the design as a contrast panel.
Grip and Carry
The contour is deliberately wider than the bare fob, so a spare key can be picked out of a pocket or a console instead of fished for. Edges are shaped for the hand.
That is the whole point of a key case: the original fob is small enough to be awkward. This one is not.
