This is the light, not the bracket. It is an A-pillar spotlight with switchable high and low beam, built around an aluminum alloy housing and available in white or yellow.
The published output figures are 45W on low beam and 64W on high beam per light, with LED light sources and three optical components in the assembly.
What It Fits
| Part | Fits | Does not fit |
|---|---|---|
| OMU Genesis Series Aluminum High Low Beam Switchable A-Pillar Spotlight For Vehicle Jeep Ford Etc | Universal A-pillar and auxiliary light mounting points (Jeep, Ford and others) | Not a vehicle-specific mount — a bracket or A-pillar light mount is needed separately |
It is the same part listed on our High Low Beam Switchable A-Pillar Spotlight product page. If your vehicle is not in the row above, this one will not bolt up — message us before ordering and we will point you at the version that does.
Switchable High and Low Beam
The low beam has a defined cutoff line, which is what keeps it from glaring oncoming traffic. The high beam spreads wider for off-road use, where the goal is covering ground rather than staying road legal.
Being able to switch between them matters on a truck that sees both highway and trail. A single-mode driving light is either too much for the road or not enough for the trail.
White and Yellow Options
Two light colors are available. White is the general-purpose choice, and yellow cuts through fog and low-visibility conditions more effectively.
There are also strobe and flashing modes, which are a warning aid in an emergency rather than a driving mode.
Housing and Cooling
The housing is aluminum alloy, chosen for heat dissipation. LEDs lose output and lifespan when they run hot, so a housing that moves heat out is doing real work, not just looking rugged.
It also has to take the knocks. An A-pillar light is the most exposed light on the vehicle, so the housing needs to survive trail vibration and the occasional branch.
Water resistance is rated for rain use. Off-road weather changes fast, and a light that quits in a downpour is worse than no light at all.
Mounting
This is a vehicle-agnostic light, listed for Jeep, Ford and other vehicles. You mount it to a bracket or an A-pillar light mount — it does not ship with a vehicle-specific bracket.
If you are building out a Jeep or a Bronco, pair it with one of our A-pillar mounts so the light lands at the right height and angle.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this come with a mounting bracket?
No. This listing is the light itself and it fits a range of vehicles, so you need to pair it with a bracket or an A-pillar light mount.
How much power does it make?
The published figures are up to 45W per light on low beam and up to 64W per light on high beam.
Should I get white or yellow?
White is the general-purpose choice. Yellow penetrates better in fog and low visibility, so it is the better pick if you drive in a lot of mist or dust.
Is it waterproof?
It is built to keep working in rain. We do not publish a formal water-ingress rating for this light, so we are not going to state one.
Where to Go Next
Pair it with an A-pillar light mount for the Ford Bronco or the Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT mount, then browse the Genesis Series.
