Track Your Order
Every order gets a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
How to track your order
- Open your shipping confirmation email and copy the tracking number.
- Tracking becomes active 24–48 hours after dispatch — this is normal.
- Enter the tracking number on the courier’s official website (FedEx, USPS, DHL or 4PX — the courier name is in the same email).
Delivery timelines
- Processing time: 1–3 working days. Made-to-order items need 10–20 working days of crafting time before dispatch.
- Shipping to the US mainland: 5–10 working days, $7.99 standard shipping.
- We currently ship to the continental United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.
Still can’t see tracking after 48 hours?
If 48 hours have passed since your shipping confirmation email and tracking is still not available, contact us and we’ll check it for you.
