What Is in the Box
Two exhaust tip assemblies, one muffler guard plate and two mounting brackets. Everything needed for the rear of the vehicle ships together.
The guard plate does two jobs. It covers the factory finish that clashes with the Defender's rear, and it shields the exhaust from debris kicked up off-road. It is shaped specifically for the 110 and 130 layout.
Aerospace Aluminum and Real Carbon
The components are machined from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy and finished with dry carbon fiber composite. The result is a lighter part than the OEM pieces with better heat and corrosion resistance.
The carbon is real inlaid material rather than a wrap or a printed texture. Every joint is structurally integrated, which is why the kit reads as one assembly once it is on.
The Tip Shape
The tips do not simply copy the bumper contour. They use a subtly angled cut that sets up tension against the body lines — a deliberate industrial read rather than a smooth blend.
The core of each tip is forged aluminum for high-temperature stability. The outer layer is 3D-woven carbon fiber. A matte finish keeps the aluminum edge from glinting and lets it merge into the carbon.
The OMU logo is embedded within the weave, so it only shows at certain angles.
Fitting
The guard and the tips interlock structurally rather than sitting next to each other, which is what makes the installed result look like one piece.
Two mounting brackets are included. This is a bolt-on job for the 110 and 130 3.0L; if your Defender runs a different engine, the rear layout is different and this kit will not fit.
